Vacancy in “SENSE”: universal manager

Friends! With the opening of the new office, we are expanding the scope of our activities and are ready to accept another player into the team. We are opening a new vacancy for a universal manager. SENSE has never been like this before – so let’s open new horizons in the advertising business together!
What you need to be able to:
- have experience from the 1st year in an advertising agency;
- own sales techniques and tools;
- have a love for working with numbers;
- know the basics of mathematics and geometry (units of length, area, volume);
- have a good memory and creative thinking.
What to do:
- work with our client base: sale of advertising services and products of the agency;
- search for new clients: mailings, “cold” calls, tender sites;
- communication with clients (mail, phone, messengers, in the office, at meetings);
- making miscalculations in the Bon Sens program using CorelDRAW, according to the client’s request;
- maintaining orders and creating production orders;
- control of payments, terms of execution of orders, entering details into contracts, drawing up commercial offers, invoices, working with suppliers, with receivables and payables;
- formation of the technical task and launch of orders into production;
- communication with the client on readiness of orders and payment.
It will also be necessary to study the list of groups of goods and services of the agency, the main materials from which advertising products are made, the process and timing of orders, to study and understand their areas of application and methods of processing advertising materials.
